Line a glass bowl with aluminum foil. Make sure the shiny side of the foil is facing up

Add a tablespoon of baking soda and a tablespoon of salt to a bowl.

Add enough hot water to the bowl to dissolve the powder and make sure there is enough solution to completely submerge your jewelry.

Immerse your silver plated jewelry in the solution and let it sit for a few minutes
