Stage 1：

Mould Creation

Stage 2：

Silver Casting

This stage is where the silver is prepared and poured into the molds. The metal is melted to the right temperature and then carefully poured into the molds to create the jewelry pieces. Casting requires precision to ensure the shapes and designs are replicated perfectly.

The original jewelry model is crafted in wax or solid silver, from which a master rubber mold is created.

Silver Casting

The plaster molds are placed into a casting machine where the melted silver flows into the mold, replicating the original design.

Casting Completion

After cooling, the molds are removed, and the raw cast silver jewelry pieces are ready for the refining process.

Cleaning & Residue Removal

The silver jewelry pieces are cleaned to remove any plaster or wax residue, ensuring a smooth surface for further processing.

Stage 3：

Finished Jewelry Manufacturing

The final stage focuses on refining the jewelry pieces. This includes cutting, grinding, stone setting, polishing, and quality control, all of which are necessary to ensure the jewelry pieces meet high standards of craftsmanship, aesthetics, and functionality.

The jewelry forms are cut from the wax tree, and any excess silver is refined and reused. This ensures that no material is wasted, keeping the production efficient.

Verify that precious metal hallmarks are clear, complete, and appropriately placed, including the manufacturer’s code, material type, purity, and diamond weight.
